The company has introduced the most advanced and highly automated automated sheet metal flexible production line TURMPF and intelligent warehousing system STOPA from Germany, and built a comprehensive information management platform. Through the interconnection and reversal of nine major information systems such as ERP/MES, an automated and digital production system has been formed, creating a leading self-service intelligent retail terminal equipment production base in China and playing a good demonstration and driving role in the manufacturing industry in the region. It includes processes such as automatic inbound and outbound, punch cutting, laser cutting, and robot bending. Under the condition of batch orders, after the front-end process personnel issue production instructions through a dedicated software numbering program, only one operator is needed to achieve a continuous operation mode of 24-hour continuous production.
